Lemon Elixir

This lemonade type drink will have you melting pounds all day long. It will also help cleanse, detox , hydrate, improve digestion, and alkalize your body.

For best results, drink every morning or throughout the day.

 

Recipe:

  • 2 cups of spring or mineral water
  • juice of one or two lemons or limes
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.
  • pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
