What women doesn’t want to have a smaller waist and flat abs? I bet you do too! and I’m so excited to share this with you! This is not a gimmick or a false promise, There’s something that  I’m almost positive you’ve never tried to lose some inches off your belly and waist specifically.

One of the very first things I teach my coaching clients, or students, as I like to call them,  is that in order to lose weight, they must first deal with the hormones of stress, specifically cortisol and insulin. These two hormones are fat storing hormones, which can really put a damper on all your efforts in losing weight. These hormones can sabotage the best diet and best exercise routine in the world.   • During the prep exercise you’ll have to make some simple decisions regarding your sources of stress (nothing too drastic!), and stick with them for the following 10 days.
